Rotonda West

I proudly have represented many property owner within the Rotonda West area with the sale of their properties.

Rotonda is a deed-restricted, planned community located about midway between Sarasota and Fort Myers. It is situates in Charlotte County Florida. The U.S. Census Bureau lists it as the Rotonda census-designated place, with a population of 8,759 at the 2010 census. The community contains 8,000 home sites with over 5,000 homes completed at this time. Rotonda is currently experiencing rapid growth with new construction permits applied for on a daily basis.

Rotonda residents are predominantly full-time homeowners and their families. There are many rentals in Rotonda and many who choose to make this their Winter home.

Rotonda offers many clubs, activities, and numerous volunteer opportunities for those who wish to become involved. The Rotonda West Women’s Club (GFWC) on one such group where many choose to volunteer their time. The Women’s Club does many great things in the community including having donated over $65,000 in scholarships to Lemon Bay High School graduating seniors. The Rotonda Christmas Parade is put on by volunteers and is a highlight of the Holiday season and really should not be missed. There is something for everyone in Rotonda, from bridge club to the garden club and many things in between you will be able to find someplace to make new friends!
