Erin is Awesome! She met us on short notice when we popped down to the area to visit family. In a matter of 3 days she showed us about a dozen homes, gave us a great insight to the area and even submitted an offer for us. That home did not work out but we have several on our short list and she is looking for more to add when we come back in April to buy our winter water haven. Her knowledge of the area, response to last minute requests, communication response and sparkling personality can not be beat. We are real estate professionals and we were amazed with the care and dedication she provided us.
Erin stuck with me and this was, by far, the easiest real estate transaction I've ever been involved with (out of 6). She worked very closely with my lender, the title agency, and even coordinated the survey, the inspection, the pest control expert... all I had was good news when we talked. In every other real estate transaction I've been involved in there has been some kind of "gotcha" at the 11th hour and I fully expected the same to happen here. WOW!!! Just WOW!!! The past two months have been a challenging whirlwind but Erin was amazing through the entire process. We had inspection delays, bank delays and then, of course, had to change from in person to remote closing in the last few days but she did everything she could to keep us all on track and make our Florida canal home a reality.
